“People” exhibit at Frieda, Philadelphia, PA

Making art is a mindful process. My photo essays are an exploration of an envirnment through human lenses. Over time with practice, it brings awareness of the self and those around you. The best part? Sharing and celebrating with co-conspirators of this secret experience. Additionally, finding insights for your personal journey in the expression of those you focus your lens on!

It is unfortunate that price tags and hedging of the market has shifted the focus of art to the bottom-line of dollar amounts, so much so, when investors get together, they talk art and when artists get together, they talk money! I use my lens to capture moments, people and places so I can revisit and experience them all over again!

Lastly, with esthetics as a byproduct, my photo journals on any geographic location is a peek into the culture and its people. Whats more, the uniqueness of a place and its people adds color and offers insight into the universality of the human condition.
